The ‘Major Taylor High Visibility’ jacket features Florescent Yellow coloring to stand out from the surroundings and draw attention to passing motorists. The jacket also features reflective trim at both wrists and on the rear along the storage pocket and on both sides. This reflective trim shines brightly whenever a car headlight or other light source is directed towards the jacket.
The ‘Major Taylor High Visibility’ jacket is constructed of light weight, wind/water resistant material. Jacket features full-length heavy-duty front zipper and four rear storage pockets [one zippered for securing contents].
The jacket is light enough to be folded up and carried in a jersey pocket until needed. It is designed for 4-season use and can be worn over layered cycling wear in colder temperatures.
The ‘Major Taylor High Visibility’ jacket is sized larger than our cycling jerseys to allow for wearing over base layers. Additional length is added to the sleeves and rear hem to allow for more movement room when using as an outer layer. A taller collar than our standard cycling jersey and elastic at the wrists help keep wind and water out.
